The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide General Circular No. 04/2026 dated 31st August 2026, has further extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) up to September 15, 2026. The scheme, originally introduced vide Circular No. 01/2026 dated 24th February 2026 to enable companies to complete pending statutory filings, was initially valid up to 15th July 2026 and was first extended to 31st August 2026 vide Circular No. 03/2026 dated 8th July 2026.
In view of representations received from various stakeholders, the validity has now been extended once again to 15th September 2026, with all other terms and conditions of the scheme remaining unchanged. Members are advised to conclude their pending compliances under the scheme on or before the revised deadline.
